My therapeutic approach is Integrative. This means that I will work
with you as an individual or couple in a way that best suits your
needs at that particular time, working together with you to achieve
an agreed goal that you set for yourself.
I have also volunteered my time to working for a children's charity
counselling children in schools.
I am committed to ongoing personal and professional development
and keep abreast of latest developments/research within the field
of Counselling & Psychotherapy. I attend regular workshops and
seminars and hold a portfolio of certificates on a wide-range of
subjects.
